Libby Paul is excited to join the Valor family as a fourth grade teacher this year. She graduated from Baylor University in 2024 with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and is looking forward to sharing her passion for teaching with the Valor community. Libby believes that each student has unique strengths and is committed to creating a supportive environment where they can take ownership of their actions, treat others with kindness, and grow in confidence and character. With a focus on patience and encouragement, she aims to make learning an enjoyable adventure for each of her students.

Originally from Kansas City, Libby moved to Waco to attend Baylor University, and she has since embraced the city as her home. In her free time, she enjoys watercolor painting, exploring the outdoors, and cherishing moments with friends and family.
