Natalie grew up outside of Minneapolis, relishing time outdoors on long summer days and chilly winter ones. As a young adult, she found the Anabaptist tradition which led her into a committed Christian faith. In 2015, she started dating her husband and later got married outside of Chicago. They made their way to Waco in 2018 to be near her husband’s parents as they were starting their family. Workwise, she most recently stayed home with her girls for 5 years! Prior to that, she worked remotely for an IT consulting firm, but she spent many more years as a barista.

Natalie loves staying organized, working efficiently, and interacting with people. She's glad to contribute her gifts and her work to Valor in this season, and to receive back much more in learning and relationships. In her off time, she loves to read, garden, bake, swim, play tabletop games, and chat with her daughters.
