Jolynn Friesen has been a parent/co-teacher at Valor since 2018. She has an associate's degree in education from MCC, taught 4th grade for three years, has taught young girls in church Bible Club for years, and started a girl's camp. She enjoys working with children and through Valor, discovered a love for classical education and the university style model. She is excited to be a part of Valor as an aide and brings a warm, enthusiastic, compassionate presence to the grammar school.

Jolynn and her husband, Jason, have been married for 14 years and live in Falls County where Jason runs a small-town, high-demand auto and farm supply store. Two of her three children, Cali and Miles attend Valor. She enjoys reading and reading to her kids, blogging in her crack time, playing games as a family, and going on adventures together.
