Mrs. Elizabeth Brock
Mrs. Brock teaches Humanities and Composition in the Rhetoric School at Valor and holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in English from Colorado Christian University. She loves training students to be critical, creative, and ethical readers and thinkers through reading and writing. Her fifth year in the classroom, she spent four years teaching in and around Denver, Colorado before moving with her family to Waco. At Valor, she loves the atmosphere of excellence and the ability to explore topics through the lens of a shared faith in Christ. When she is not teaching, she and her husband are slowly working away to fix up their little, old house with their two (almost three!) children and lazy Basset Hound. She enjoys reading, creative writing, photography, gardening, camping, and hiking. She has summited fifteen Colorado fourteeners and dearly loves the quiet sound of the mountains.
