Cristi Vilade is excited to be in her first year at Valor, serving as a first grade aide. A Baylor University graduate with an accounting degree and an MBA, she spent time working and living in New Jersey with her husband and two boys, before moving back to Texas in 2020. Cristi and her husband, John, also a proud Baylor Bear, have been married for almost 33 years and are high school sweethearts. Together they live on their hay farm in the north part of Waco. They have two grown sons and a loving daughter-in-law, all Baylor graduates, and treasure time spent with family, especially going to Baylor sporting events.

Cristi enjoys working outdoors, walking, reading, catching a movie, organizing, and mostly spending time with family. Beyond Valor, she works for Mama Bear College Mom, where she is a bookkeeper and serves students. She and her husband are partners in 365 Sports while also serving on a couple of Baylor boards.
