Clare Shero joined the Valor staff as a teacher’s aide in 2025. She graduated from Baylor University with a B.A. in English and is working toward an M.A. in Literature from Liberty University. She worked with children from ages 2-5 as a Kids Ministry volunteer at Harris Creek Baptist Church where she has been a member since 2021.

Clare and her husband, Reagan, met at Baylor and have been married since 2024. Clare enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading, and going on walks!
