Ashley Schupp is a second-grade teacher at Valor. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University in 2008 and began her teaching career after five years in sales and marketing. She taught for four years in the Dallas–Fort Worth area before moving to Waco in 2019, where she spent five years at home raising her children. She later returned to the classroom, teaching at a public school in Waco for two years before joining Valor.

Ashley is passionate about incorporating the love of Jesus into her classroom and believes every child has incredible potential to learn and grow. Her desire is to disciple independent thinkers who understand what it means to Know the True, Do the Good, and Love the Beautiful. Ashley and her husband have been married for 13 years and have three children. Outside the classroom, she enjoys spending time outdoors, staying active, creating art, playing mahjong, and making memories with family and friends.
