Stephen R. Meyer (Steve) serves as the Facilities Manager for the Valor Preparatory Academy Sanger Avenue Campus. Steve started his career in the field of facilities management for public schools in 2005. Before entering the arena of public education, Steve was a business owner in the Austin area.

Steve worked for 5 years with the Education Co-op of Central Texas. He then served as an energy consultant for the Region 2 Education Service Center for 1 year. Finally, for the last 15 years, Steve has served as the Director of Facilities for the Bosqueville Independent School District.

Mr. Meyer joined the Valor Preparatory Academy staff in the summer of 2026. Steve and his wife Lori have 4 grown children and 24 grandchildren. A majority of their grandchildren are homeschoolers.

Steve and his wife Lori are members of the Highland Baptist Church in the Waco area. Together they believe strongly in the importance of family and the importance of faith in God.

In his personal time, Steve enjoys drawing floor plans and blueprints. He also enjoys working on various construction projects in and around his home.
