Mrs. Kaelyn Dillon
Kaelyn Dillon began her coaching career in collegiate athletics in 2017. Guided by her Christian faith, Dillon believes in the importance of developing the whole person—athletically, academically, and spiritually—and strives to lead with integrity, purpose, and a servant’s heart.
Dillon joins Valor from Augustana University, where she launched and developed the acrobatics and tumbling program into the nation’s top-ranked NCAA Division II program. Previously, she served as an assistant coach at Baylor University, contributing to a national championship-winning staff.
Dillon is passionate about building strong team cultures, developing student-athletes, and helping them thrive on and off the mat. Her Christian faith guides her coaching and leadership, shaping her commitment to mentorship, service, and personal growth. She encourages athletes to pursue excellence while growing in character, confidence, and faith, using sport to glorify God and make a lasting impact beyond athletics.
Dillon is passionate about building a culture of excellence rooted in faith, accountability, and service, where student-athletes are encouraged to grow as competitors, leaders, and individuals while honoring God in all they do.
Kaelyn earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in communications from Baylor University and West Virginia University, respectively. Outside of coaching, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Caleb, and their daughter, Parker. As a family, they love watching football and making memories together.
