Ashley Minaise has served as a volunteer in the grammar school since 2022 when her children started attending Kindergarten and 1st grade. She has served as a room mom, field trip chaperone and driver, volunteer for Grandparents Day, and substitute teacher. Ashley is a born and raised Oregonian where she graduated from Northwest Christian University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She moved with her family to Texas in 2018.

Ashley and her husband have been married for 10 years and have three children, Edward, Harrison, and Josephine; all of whom attend Valor. Ashley and her family live in Robinson on their 4-acre hobby farm with chickens, dogs, and horses. When she isn't spending time with her family, Ashley is an avid equestrian and trains horses and gives lessons at Highlander Ranch.
