Mrs. Lindsay Nixon
Mrs. Nixon has taught 2nd grade at Valor since 2022. She is deeply passionate about education. After graduating from Baylor as a University Scholar, she went on to earn her master’s degree from William and Mary in Curriculum and Instruction with a specialty in Gifted Education. She has taught in public school for three years. She and her husband also lived in Kosovo for a year and she helped start the elementary program for the Kosovo Leadership Academy. Mrs. Nixon regularly tells everyone that teaching is her favorite thing to do. She also loves traveling, baking, and spending time with her husband and son.
Listening to students, learning about their hearts and minds, and walking with them toward Jesus are the things Mrs. Nixon loves best about teaching at Valor.
