Ms. Allbritton is the Dean of Students at Valor. She was part of the team who established Valor in 2014 and deeply loves this school family. She first served as the Head of the Grammar School and is loving getting to now be a part of building out the upper schools at Valor. Her undergrad is in Elementary Education with a certification in Gifted and Talented and her Ms.E.D. is in Educational Psychology. She loves dreaming and pioneering in education, establishing traditions and a culture of fun, and she especially loves laughing with students and talking about the things of God together. Math is also her favorite thing to teach when she gets to be in the classroom. She is originally from Colorado but has been in Waco for almost 17 years. She loves scavenger hunts, reading great books, and having good conversation over a lovely meal with friends.
