Matt Thomas, Ed.D., is the Executive Director of Baylor University’s Center for School Leadership and has been a Board member at Valor since 2020. Matt came to Waco after serving in the field of Christian education for over 25 years through pastoral ministry, K-12 Christian schooling, Christian higher education, and Christian non-profit ministries. He and his wife, Beth, have three daughters, and their youngest two attend Valor. They are passionate about helping Christian schools improve and creating pipelines that elevate emerging Christian leaders.
