We have a warm, close-knit community and desire to employ enthusiastic, qualified, and capable faculty and staff to pour into our students and families.

We seek to foster a culture of lifelong learning while passionately pursuing Jesus. Valor is a special place to work and go to school. Founded in 2014, it is consistently growing and currently offers grades PreK-12. 

For Consideration

Applicants must:
  • Be dedicated to the historic Christian faith and the Classical Christian approach
  • Resonate with Valor Preparatory Academy’s vision, mission, core values and goals
  • Exhibit the gifting and desire necessary to teach in the requested discipline or grade level
  • Hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in education or in a field related to the grade or coursework to be taught
  • Have teaching experience in the grade or discipline requested
  • Agree to and sign the Valor Statement of Faith
